Although we are happy to engage as consultants, our primary objective is to develop long-term relationships with our clients and act as principals on our projects. We are confident in our ability to create the optimum outcome for our clients to provide maximum return on investment and we’re flexible in structuring our compensation and willing to accept contingency-based payments.
We understand the development process. From market research and due diligence to structuring financing, participation deals with builders, development agreements with municipalities to the design, bidding, launch, building, commissioning, community outreach, brand positioning, marketing, commercial leasing, and on and off-site sales.
Our team is nimble, flexible, and agile and can provide many valuable services to our clients on a wide variety of projects. No project is too small or too large, as we can easily scale our team based on each project’s unique needs.
