• Jim Zboril joined the Tavistock Group in 2004 and expanded the Lake Nona Development team from 12 staff to over 100 employees to create an award-winning, multi- use master-planned community.

• Lake Nona was recognized as one of the Top 25 Master Planned Communities in the country.

• Lake Nona is a 17-square-mile mixed-use master-planned community in Orlando just southeast of the Orlando International Airport.

• Recognized as the fastest-growing community in Central Florida offering a variety of housing options including apartments, townhomes, single-family homes, and spacious estates.

• Lake Nona offers 55+ communities as well as Senior Living.

• Lake Nona is the home of the USTA’s National Campus.

Sunbridge - Central Floridas Newest Master-Planned Community

• Jim Zboril worked closely with The Church of the Latter-Day Saints to design a master-planned community that would reflect their values of sustainability and being good stewards of the land.

• Sunbridge is a mixed-use master-planned community comprised of 27,000 acres between Orlando and the Space Coast.

• Sunbridge is located off the 528, about 15 minutes from Lake Nona in Osceola County.

• Sunbridge currently offers single-family homes and a Del Webb 55+ community.

Pier 66 Resort - Recreating a Piece of South Florida History

• Jim Zboril led the $165M acquisition of the Pier 66 Resort from Blackstone.

• Jim directed the design and revitalization of this iconic waterfront hotel and marina in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale into an integrated mixed-use resort.

• Pier 66 features 325 rooms, suites and villas, condominiums, a full-service 164 deep-water slip marina, a 40,000 square feet event venue, restaurants, bars, and a retail pavilion.

VIAS AT BRADENTON

• A 4-acre site in Bradenton will activate downtown Bradenton with a dynamic, vibrant, mixed-use environment that will appeal to a diverse and multi-generational community while simultaneously providing an infusion of new jobs.

• This mixed-use development will boast approximately 25,000 square feet of retail, a 130-key Marriott AC hotel, 100 condominium units, 350 rental apartments, and 780 parking spaces.

• Rising up to 20 stories, the project will serve as a visual icon for the city that is quintessentially Bradenton and offer breathtaking views of the Manatee River.

CAPE CORAL GROVE

• Jim leads the development of a multi-million dollar mixed-use project in Cape Coral, Florida.

• His team includes architects, planners, engineers, construction professionals, asset managers, and financial analysts.

• Coral Grove features a luxury hotel, fine dining, a farmers market, luxury apartments, local retailers, and extensive community programming.
